Wine tasting are taking place at our school located in the new Cité des Climats & vins de Bourgogne in Beaune. In order to understand the Grands Crus terroir notion and its impact on wines, wine tasting with Grands Crus producers and several landscape analysis in the vineyards are organized.
This course include the tasting of the 33 Bourgogne Grands Crus!
We consider wine tasting skills necessary to assess and get the best possible of this exceptional course.
Price: 3 400.00€ per person

3.00pm Presentation in the southern Côte de Beaune vineyards: the terroirs of the white Grands Crus, Puligny-Montrachet and Chassagne-Montrachet
4.30pm Tasting at a Côte de Beaune Grands Crus producer
6.00pm Back to Beaune, end of the course

11.00am Tasting at a Côte de Beaune Grands Crus producer

2.30pm Presentation in the northen Côte de Beaune vineyard: Corton and Corton Charlemagne Grand Cru terroirs
3.30pm Back to the Ecole des Vins. The red Côte de Nuits Grands Crus

FRIDAY 28TH JUNE: COTE DE NUITS, EVENING PAULEE MUSICALE
Welcome at the Ecole des Vins de Bourgogne
9.00am The red Côte de Nuits Grands Crus
11.45am Tasting followed by a buffet “mâchon” lunch at a Côte de Nuits Grands Crus producer
2.45pm Landscape analysis on the terroir of Vosne-Romanée Grands Crus Conclusion and handing out of a personal honorary certificate from the school
4.30pm Back to Beaune, free time
End of the program after dinner.
7.30pm Welcome in Bourgogne ! Informal cocktail dinner held at the Cité des Climats et vins de Bourgogne in Beaune

Informations complémentairesDaily transfers to the Ecole des Vins in the morning and drop off at the end of each day course will be offered by our school services. Those transfers will be applied on June 26, 27 and 28 ; 2 meeting points in Beaune and timing will be confirmed a week prior the course.
